Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the estimated final invoice is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Private & Semi-Private Events
Full buyouts and semi-private spaces are subject to a minimum spend requirement. The minimum charge is based on the confirmed guest count at time of booking. Additional guests are charged at the agreed per-person rate.
Final Guest Count
Final numbers must be confirmed no later than 48 hours prior to the event. This becomes the minimum chargeable guest count on the day.
Menu & Bar Selections
All menus and bar packages must be finalized at least 14 days prior to the event date.

Pricing
