Each of the above drink options can also carry a monetary limit so as not to exceed any budget.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the estimated final invoice is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Private & semi-private events

Full buyouts and semi-private spaces are subject to a minimum spend requirement. The minimum charge is based on the guest count confirmed at the time of booking for space, food and bar selections. Any additional guests beyond the confirmed count will be charged at the agreed per-person rate.

Final guest count

Final guest numbers must be confirmed no later than 48 hours prior to the event. This number is considered the minimum chargeable guest count on the day.

Menu & bar selections

All menus and bar packages must be finalized at least 14 days prior to the event date.

Dietary requirements & allergies

Vegan and vegetarian entrées are available in every dinner and lunch package. Please tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements in your party when you finalize your menu, so the kitchen can plan for them in advance.

Cancellations

  • More than 7 days prior to the event: deposit is forfeited.
  • Between 7 days and 48 hours prior to the event: 50% of the total invoice is payable.
  • Within 48 hours of the event: 100% of the total invoice is payable.

Pricing & payment

All prices are exclusive of sales tax and a suggested 18% gratuity. Payment may be made by cash or card only.

Audio / visual equipment

Guests may use in-house A/V equipment with prior approval, and are responsible for ensuring compatibility, setup and testing of equipment in accordance with the provided guidelines and technical requirements.

Reserve your holiday party

Tell us your date, your headcount and the package you have in mind — we’ll take care of the rest. A 10% deposit secures your reservation.
