RESTAURANT & BAR MANAGER:
Plan, organize and coordinate resources for successful service of food and beverages. Work with chefs to plan menus. Oversee purchase of inventory. Oversee promotion and marketing. Recruit and manage staff. Train employees. Maintain traditional Irish pub atmosphere.
Must have 5 years of experience in job offered.
